‘LAST DATE’ I was reflecting on how normalised casual cheating seems in Japan, it’s something I’m still not used to, especially hearing men casually discuss affairs while remaining friendly with their girlfriends. The scene came from a daydream—reimagining a world where the girlfriends reclaim power and unfaithful men face real consequences.
